Terms of use
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms apply to agentsthatwork.ai and the Agents That Work newsletter (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them.
Information, not advice
Everything we publish is general information about AI agents and models. It is not legal, financial, security or professional advice. Products, prices and features change often; always check the vendor's own documentation before you buy, deploy or connect an agent to your accounts or data.
Accuracy and sources
We link to the original sources and date our checks, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete or current. If you spot an error, tell us through our LinkedIn page and we'll review it.
Your use of agents
You're responsible for the agents you set up, the permissions you grant them and the actions they take on your behalf. Test with low-risk data first, keep a human approval step for anything that sends, spends or deletes, and follow each vendor's terms.
Independence and links
We're independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI vendor. No vendor pays for placement or rankings. If we ever use affiliate links or sponsorships, we'll label them clearly. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Newsletter
The newsletter is free and delivered by beehiiv. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. See our privacy policy for how we handle your email address.
Content
You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the original page. Trademarks and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we write about.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or of any product it describes.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
