Every morning, take the next row in my "Post ideas" sheet with Status = Idea. Write a LinkedIn post under 1,300 characters: a one-sentence hook, two or three short paragraphs, and one clear call to action. Write it into the Draft column and set Status to Review. Post to LinkedIn only rows I have changed to Approved, then record the post link.
